    here's a little example of what we can do... do in rhythm when you know a lot of chords... Diminished chords... the diminished chord is a chord hyper convenient and what's interesting is that the notes of the diminished chord are equivalent by minor third (3 steps) which means that by learning a chord we're gonna be able to move him by minor third and it'll make the same chord but with the notes in a different order. Here's the position we're gonna take. on G# with middle finger on 4th fret, that gives that ,the diagram is displayed up here so here's the middle finger on the 4th fret of the E string, we mute the A always with the fat of the fingers the index is going to make a kind of bar third fret, D, G and B string..

    the ring finger's going to be on the fourth fret of the G string, which gives.. we mute the A and high E strings [Music playing] This is how it sounds , what I said is that we can move it. by minor third (3 frets) , it's gonna be the same notes in a different order the notes are reversed by moving by minor third, they're all separated from a third minor, so we can do and this chord G# diminished is equivalent to E7 it's kind of an equivalency, with the 9b for those who want to know exactly if you don't get it no problem philou just remember G#° and B° is equivalent to E7, so all minor third from G# can replace E7, which will give on Minor swing: it makes you kind of bass line .. Let's see that it's a little bit... Am6 Dm6 .. G#°.. B° you see ? the Bb7 we saw, B° and G#°... Am Every time I got a E7 , I can have fun choosing a diminished chord that is equivalent, E7 here, if I put the middle finger on the bass 7 fret, on the B and I do the B° it's ok G#° it's ok..     nice, we'll see the chords for that ..so Am6 we know it, no problem B° that we just saw, so 7th fret and there a new chord C major 6 so what's the difference with a Cm6, well the third is major, and that's the difference if you're would be C minor 6, that would be that, and we'd be is going to put we're going to invert the fingers the pinky and ring finger to put little finger on the major third of C, here it's on the eight fret of G string.. look at the Diagram it's easier so I'm starting from the beginning again. E7, and here ! Am6 1bar, and A7 1bar... and Dm6... so before the Dm6 we can put a bar of A7 or even just 2beats of A7 .. Chords 7 are specials, we'll talk a little bit later.. when you have a 7 chord, you have to know... it creates a kind of tension he's unstable, as you might say, and the notes wants to go to further notes for a resolution example in the E7 if you listen carefully if we the third and the seventh, these two notes want to resolve on the following notes of Am6 E7 will resolve on the Am6 .. so it's a little obscure, maybe complicated Remember that chord seven is a little bit... unstable and you can do a lot of things on it, so there the Am is gonna turn it into a A7 just before you get on the Dm6, and this is gonna create a little instability that's gonna resolve on D minor that's one way of looking at it

    now that we've seen C6 , instead of doing Am6/ E7 at the end.. we can make this little line with those chords.. Am6 2beat, C6 2 beats..
